Lagos State Govt. Condemned 176 Estates For Demolition, Gives 21 Day Ultimatum for Documentation.
The Lagos State government through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has just released 176 list of Illegal Estates, Gives 21-Day ultimatum for these estates to process their layout approvals.
The list revealed that most of the estates are located in Eti-Osa, Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, and Epe axis the state.
