Opinion: Unfortunate Greetings to You, VeryDaftMan - General Snow

General Snow Opinion:

Let me make one thing clear: your sudden interest in Ndigbo means absolutely nothing. Whether you love or hate us is inconsequential because your opinion holds no weight in the grand scheme of things.

I see you running your mouth and pushing for a walk simply because IBB’s book validates what those who actually fought in the war have said for decades. But of course, a man who thrives on ring lights and cheap clout wouldn’t bother to research what has already been documented before now. You are loud, but you are not wise. You press record and simultaneously turn off your brain.

You, of all people, want Igbos to march? In the same South-East that has been militarized under this APC-led government? So that the state forces will have an excuse to turn it into a bloodbath and brand our youth as anti-state actors? Do you take us for fools? Or is this just another cheap ploy to chase engagement?

Where was this sudden “Igbo advocacy” of yours during the 2023 elections? When Igbo voters were being harassed, brutalized, and even killed in Lagos, where was your energy? Where were your videos? Where was your call for a march then? You conveniently kept quiet, but now, because it serves your narrative, you want us to take to the streets over a book that only confirms what we’ve always known? If there is any shame here, it is on you—for being a spineless, opportunistic charlatan.

You say our forefathers would be ashamed of us? But tell me, is your father proud of the handjobs you hand out to men for favors? You know nothing about Ndigbo, and you are completely insignificant in our affairs. You cannot influence an Igbo man to do a peaceful walk; you do not have the range, the respect, or the credibility. The only thing you influence is drama on social media.

Maybe instead of clout-chasing with Ndigbo, you should focus on your own people. The ones suffering from the worst cases of kidnapping, infrastructural decay, and failed governance. Go and fix your own house before coming to tell us how to run ours.

You cry more than the bereaved. You are wailing more than us. And no matter how much you marginalize Igbos, you still can’t and won’t outperform an Igbo man in any sphere of life. That is not an opinion; it is a fact.

You claim your strength is in gossiping with women, so why have you suddenly developed a passion for government issues? Why are you not mobilizing Yoruba people to protest the murder of MKO Abiola, a Yoruba man whose election was annulled by IBB?
Why are you not pushing for justice in that regard?
Is it because you know they don’t rate you?

In the history of Nigeria, show me where your people fought a three-year war against the Nigerian state and other world powers.
Show me where they stood their ground like Igbos did.
You can’t. Because you and your papa no get that mind.
No workings reach that one, but you are blinded by stewpidity

At the end of the day, you are not important.
Kindly return to your gossiping and online bickering with women.
When the real war is over, we will call the women to tell the tales, maybe by then your transition into womanhood would have been complete.
